The largest Buddha statue cast in pure gold. We visit the main square in the heart of Bangkok, home to the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, plus the Temple of the Reclining Buddha and Wat Arun. You'll cruise the Chao Phraya River, wander through Chinatown, have lunch at a Michelin Guide street-food stall, taste Thailand's best mango sticky rice – also Michelin-listed – and stroll the capital's most famous street, Khaosan Road.
